We can provide the design, from 3D renderings to 2D construction sets for bidding and city approval. We work with local draftsman, engineers and a design firm very familiar with most building departments in the South Bay.
We are only as good as our weakest link. We have a long history working with numerous top notch local sub contractors, from plumbing and electrical to stucco, concrete, landscaping and of course, pools.

Besides having a local shop for milling, assembling and fabricating custom cabinets and millwork, we work with a local millworks manufacturer to bring you quality material delivered in a timely fashion. Our team delivers the highest quality installations, paying attention to every detail.

How much will my remodel cost?
Every project is different, so we don't do vague ballparks that balloon later. After a free visit to your home, you get a fixed written price covering the full scope, and you approve it before any demolition starts.
How long will it take?
That depends on scope and permits, so your quote comes with a written schedule. And because one crew handles your job from start to finish, the schedule actually holds.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We're a licensed California contractor (#943985), and permits, code compliance, and inspections are part of the job, not your homework.
Can you build from plans I already have?
Absolutely. If you have drawings, we'll price and build them. Starting from zero? We design and build under one roof, which is where we do our best work.
Who will actually be doing the work?
Our own in house team for design and carpentry, plus trusted local trades, all managed by us. The same people run your job from demo to final walkthrough. No rotating cast of strangers, and we are on a first name basis by week one.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Usually, yes. We seal off the work zone, protect floors and furniture, and leave the site clean every day. We'll also be straight with you about the loud, dusty stretches so you can plan around them.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every project ends with a final walkthrough, and our workmanship is warrantied. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right.
