Designed and built under one roof
Most remodels go sideways because too many hands touch them, with the details lost in the gaps between them. J.F. Designs keeps it in one set of hands. Every project starts on paper in our own studio, from your first inspiration photo to 3D renderings and construction ready drawings for bidding and city approval.
Then it gets built. Cabinets are milled and custom steel is welded in our own shop, while plumbing, electrical, stucco, concrete, landscaping, and pools run through a trusted local network we have worked with for years. One company stays accountable from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.
Whatever the source, our team handles the installation with the latest in millwork detailing, integrated lighting, and finishes, paying attention to every joint and edge so the finished room looks and feels built to last.

Do you handle design, or only construction?
Both, and that is the point. From your first inspiration photo to 3D renderings and construction ready drawings, we design in house, then build what we drew. If you already have plans, we are glad to price and build those too.
